Been here couple of times since opening! Nice place to chill and relax. Affordable price for students & when u are one of the RNR member. The rooms are very pretty & diff decorations/elements every each of it! And plus they do have promotions for ladies every Wednesday at RM15 only! Highly recommend this place for family gathering and right place to hangout with friends!

Bad attitude from the front desk personnel. How come when you as a customer came to the shop, where three of the workers are there and not even single one of them want to entertain you? The best part is, the look alike boy staff is more busy with the CCTV than to entertain you as a customer. Not a good day for me thou to have a karaoke session there. Continuous attitude like that surely will be paid by high price in the future. Chow.
Did not explain clearly the terms and condition.. Before we know, suddenly they cut the music and when I asked them why, only then they explained the terms and I told them it was not my fault, they insist me to pay for additional hour if I want to continue singing. When I asked, how long has the so called new worker did not explain well, they slipped by saying she has worked here for half a year which is ridiculous to be called as 'new worker'
Very worst service. Just make a phone call to do the booking. I haven’t finish my words to confirm what time for the booking, she already want to hang up and said call back again to reconfirm the time. I didn’t take more than 1min to confirm it. Whoever answered the call you’re such a very rude :) you need to assist your customer until themselves said to call back or if they take too much time to confirm, so that you can do so. The way she answered sounds very rude that’s why im posting it here.
I am new to karoke in kuching. I have never tried the other karoke place in kuching so i cnt really compare.the room was clean,the tv was there and theres this song stand selection,they provided food and drinks,so all i have to do was sing,and sing i did.i had a blast last night singing my heart out.i love it,would definitely come and sing again.

The touch-screen song selection panel is stuck to a corner of the room. It is a step backward from the previous remote control panel of the 1990s. Worse still, functions like key change don't work, and the staff said it's just like that.
Vibe is good. Speaker is excellent. Mic often out of battery. Abit pricey. But the saddest part is the song playlist outdated af. Update ur songs ma dude it aint hard!?
