Even 1 star seems too much for these kind of inferior services. Instructions are given in many different versions thus confusing normal rakyat like us. Official operating time till 5pm but the guardian of the galaxy in front of the gate will tell you "sampai pukul dua saja" Worst thing is after u finally done your longest queue ever. The pathetic staff will tell you, "u mau u punya dokumen tidur dalam kah? Mana salinan lain?" *Clap clap* Mr XX (i will check his name later) U will be voted " Kuching Best Time Waster Award"

Layanan sanagt teruk, tidak ada kemudahan temu Janji dalam talian, perlu buat temu Janji Di pejabat. Tidak bertimbang rasa kepada pengguna yang jauh, terpaksa ulang alik ke kuching semata untuk buat temu Janji, rayuan untuk buat temu Janji ikut tarikh yang dipohon tidak dilayan sama sekali. Walaupun pengguna nak tarikh lambat namun lansung tidak dibenarkan, jadi pengguna yang dari jauh terpaksa ulang alik ke kuching cuma untuk seeping kertas temu Janji, servis sangat teruk. Bab nak kutip cukai bukan main lagi laju.
