Told me to collect car at 12. And I waited until 1pm. Sibei slow. My suggestion open more slots during weekend and extend the hour. Close for one day during weekdays instead of Sunday. Use better common sense in deciding the operating hours. Most people tends not to work during weekend. Have courtesy to inform me of any delay in collection whenever the servicing duration needs to get extended. better close your lounge if you think it serves no function. Bad experience this time around. I didn’t know they hire Ah beng as SA.
