A very comfortable and cozy place. I enjoyed my visit here with my family. This restaurant provides variety of food and beverages. The service was fast and the staffs were friendly. The restaurant also prepared grab pay for those who wish to pay through cashless method. I recommend this restaurant and would love to be here again for another visit.

The foods are nice and environment (high standard place) is nice. But I would like to suggest some improvement needed, NOT A COMPLAIN! The restaurant closes at 10pm, and your staffs start sweeping the floor at 9.00pm while we (my family) are still eating. A) Courtesy offence: Sweeping the floor while customers are still having meal. As if having intention to chase away the customer. B) Hygiene concern: Heavy dust flying around during sweeping the floor. If you don't realize there is dust, I'm sure you will also not realize about infectious germs and bacteria which most common causes of food poisoning. "Food safety awareness!". C) Taste spoiled: The smell of floor moping has mixed with the taste of foods. You may stop your business hour at 9.30pm and give half an hour for your staffs to do spring cleaning.

waited almost 1 hour for the food. Very overpriced and the portions are very small.The quality of the food is very bad.The rice was a bit yellow and it was not properly cooked. Not worth your money. And some of the workers weren't wearing masks.

Fried chicken was horrible. Our first dish of fried chicken came out cold. When we questioned the staff I swear I saw the chef touched the chicken with his hand and proceeded to reheat it in a microwave and threw it back on a new plate and serve it to us. Bad experience. The branch in Miri is much better. Our second dish is a different fried chicken and it came with half cold and half hot chicken. Horrible.

Ordered for takeout. I don't know, there's nothing Korean in this meal. Isn't this supposed to be a chain store of the famous brand. It's not that bad, but not good enough for a reorder. Please change the rice type that you're using cos it really taste awful.
