Lady owner was very nice and gave great service, sometimes even a little discount on the film rolls but the quality of their film roll scans/development are really really bad, considering the price that they are charging. The scans were under saturated/exposed and lack sharpness/focus. Before I found out I could send my rolls to another studio located outside of Kuching I thought the quality they had was standard and film pics are supposed to look like that. And I went and had my film rolls scanned & developed there continuously, I must've spent hundreds there (I also had them scanned into physical copies) I'm not a hundred percent sure what's wrong with their methods, it could be the chemicals they are using to develop the film or it could be the scanner they're using? I really hope they step up their game.

If you are a film photographer this is probably the only place where you can still get your films developed and scanned in Sarawak! Yeah seriously no joke! You may also able to find Kodak, Fujifilm colour films and also Ilford XP-2 Super 400 black and white film here! Nice and helpful shop owner. You may also find batteries for your old film camera here. A hidden gem!
First heard of this place as somewhere to develop film, but sadly they don’t have the right developer for my black and white rolls. If you’ve got colour film you should be sweet! Still used their services getting some visa documents printed, the owners are very friendly and willing to help with anything photo-related ️
