The customer service at the front desk to me I consider she is not professional when handling my complaint. I was not happy with the way her approach and tone despite she apologized to me. She say it with unwillingnes because we can tell if people are sincere want to apologise they wont add "I say sorry lor" and instead of at least go to the door as I was outside the premises she just say it from where she stand at the counter. Yes I know now we practise the social distancing, and because of that the premises limit the no of people enter. But even the printed notice was not clear to me. "ONLY LIMITED CUSTOMER IS ALLOWED". I brought my uncle and aunty here so I understand only 2 person is allowed at 1 time to enter the consultant room. So when both of them go on the consultant room, I was the only customer seated at the lobby with the customer service. She then approach me say I am not allowed inside but the way she approach me I consider it rude and not friendly. To be honest I choose this centre out of some many other hearing aid centre when I read the review saying the staff is friendly. I put this as priority because both if them cant understand Eng and knowing they also slow in pick up what people might say. But I still have to give credit to the staff who attending to them because my uncle and aunty was happy with the service.This happened last week. Today we went there to take the device and they allowed 3 of us inside when I go in settle the balance of the payment. So what happen with last week SOP? No of people is still the same 3 of us including my uncle and aunty. None of the staff tell/ask either 1 of us to go out or wait outside. So my question is what happen or where is the *LIMITED CUSTOMER* SOP?
