good morning had been writing report to the management past few months with regards of low pressure causing only 1 pipe function at one time ...till now there is no ACTION taken although we keep on reminding / calling the management...should i go straight to the CEO/ make it viral? just want to have a good water supply to my house ....tq

Bad & worst service ! Monthly bill has not been sent, thus bill is assumed almost 3times higher than the current usage! Already made report twice but the excuse given was the bill reader cant take the reading due to the accident. Crazy what? Only has 1 bill reader ?? Then accident, cant send other staff to take over?? Complaint by email also is no use

Lousy service . The security guard play hp during working hours and not wear mask property according SOP . No other customers also need 15min to pay the bill.
