A very shocking,disappointing & unprofessional customer service. Made an appointment days earlier only to be informed minutes before the set date n time, ours were pushed to other time slot. No text or any information notifying for such arrangement. When we start questioning her, she replied rudely and sarcastically that we can just come if we want to. Bravo.What a way to treat your customers. No one should be treated as such, nor should we tolerate such attitude. Disappointing experience indeed.
