Established in January 2008 by a group of young Malaysian professionals, YCM is a non-profit organisation that provides a platform for young professionals to develop themselves beyond their respective fields through our diverse range of events and activities. YCM is committed to provide opportunities for young professionals to network amongst peers across different industries, develop new skills and knowledge and gain insights from corporate and industry leaders. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the YCM network comprise more than 13,500 members spanning across multiple industries such as oil & gas, banking, telecommunications, start-ups, law, consulting and more. YCM is managed by a team of ‘Convenors’ on a voluntary basis with the guidance of its Board of Advisers.
