Those product's quality are fair to price. But the customer service or repairing service are bad. My experience : 1)my oven electric controller was disfunction, called them for repair service, they take days to arrange mechanic to your place... 2)my display chiller sent back to their factory for repair, took around 25days to repair..... No problem to buy their products, but don't use their repair service or customer service.

Send me a brand new stainless steel working table with deep scratch, and company refuse to exchange is because I signed the D/O without on the spot check everything. And one guy Name Mike called me and say is me myself spoil the table. Good job CKE.

Just bought item from CKE Kepong this afternoon and delivery department just called me to arrange timing. I had requested delivery btw 1pm to 4pm during purchase. However the guy who called cant arrange this timing for me and asked me to cancel the order. So is this how CKE Holdings train your staff to tell customer in this way? I had been patronize CKE for past 3 years. Really dissapointed with today experience
