I've applied an E-savings with Tokio Marine and RHB was their representative. They charge my card every 21st of the month but on the 19th I've submitted for cancellation of the policy and was told that the form was not signed by the nominees so it's not valid until they signed it. Unfortunately Tokio Marine has already submitted to the bank for charging me the monthly e-savings and told me that it cannot be reversed. Customer service has told me that they usually submit payment during the 19th but I should be billed on the 21st and not the 19th. Now I feel cheated because they "stole" my money and I find it unfair and because my nominees did not sign the paper, which they didn't even do so before proceeding with the application. Why do they even need the signature now?

Very good life insurance company. Premium are reasonable, especially for medical card. Agents are good. Recently upgraded my Medical card. Price is good for the amount of protection given.

The claim process is delaying more than 2months! I need to cal them and follow up myself! Keep asking for more documents after submitted them, why cant give a list of documents that needed.
