I walked in to the store, the sales lady was assisting at the beginning, half way serving me, she went to take call and didn't come back to serve. When I was asking what is the benefit to purchase from TBM, she answered rudely, I guess she assumed I came for survey and will buy online, she not really attentive. After walking around, another sales man came, he don't know anything about installment plan, the information they provide is different from online advertising.
