The place is very clean, professional and they do a great job. I understand they are a chain that is based out of Singapore. I am intrigued to also see they have one in my home city of NYC as I had a great experience at this location. Sometimes when I wax outside of NYC, people really don't know what they are doing and it can be quite a painful problem. This staff has clearly been trained. I would say they were comparable to my gal in NYC who is as painless as you can be waxing. For ladies, they do a full wax job, in case that's what you're looking for. It's pretty quick to get it done. I did not make an appointment the day I was there, but it might be recommended to do so. If you're shopping or having lunch in KLCC, you can likely drop by and get an appointment then do whatever you need to and come back.
