Disappointing service for reservation for spa . The Chinese old lady receptionist of the spa was rude and curt Declined the appointment despite gift voucher USD 200 given to my aunt for her bday . 3 rd party credit card payment form as well . What’s the purpose ?? If a gift voucher is givne the massage should include to that amount . What’s the purpose of a gift voucher then to cause inconvenience to the customer and payee . Disappointing service . The spa should jus overhaul their old staff !!

Particularly disappointed with appointment time mixed up that I couldn't take my mother for her 70th birthday celebration. This is a special trip that I flew over 20 hours home for her birthday celebration and treatment. Lucky, that I decide to call and check again and realize they had us set for a much earlier time which makes us unable to get there for treatment. It's a huge difference in miss communication for an appointment request for 3.30pm and being heard set an appointment for 2pm even if the conversation was misheard.
