It's a very interesting way of getting home & living products especially for the mattress! I went to their showroom in Sentul and was served by Fabio, overall very good explanation, customer service, and really clean showroom. They let me schedule the delivery too.

After been sleeping with sonno lite mattress for eleven months, unfortunately the inner foam of the mattress make noise every single time been compressed also has been disrupting my peaceful sleep. Eventually, I did feedbacks along with video to Sonno CS which their replied it is really disappointing that can’t even exchange 1 to 1 with even the mattress I purchased is still under 10 years warranty. As per their emails, they always find an excuse to “tai chi” away the issue. It happened, I did sent the video to highlight the irritating noise that came from inner of the mattress even only been compressed by my palm only, therefore, they don’t even put an effort to investigate the matter at all, because with their irresponsible replied that the noise is coming from my bed frame and its obvious while filming the video to highlight the noise issue that the mattress it is placing on the floor, how dare they replied with such irrelevant technical answer. Although, I did only spend RM850-RM900 for this sonno lite mattress how could they response with this kind of poor services back to me which make me think that they don’t even bother to take a look on my case seriously though. Yes, after a long conversations of emails they finally offer bed protector that they claims that could solve the noise issue, to me if the bed protector can really solve the noise issue from the inner mattress itself, then from the beginning I should just go for the bed protector instead of their well marketed mattress which been advertised how tip-tops is their mattress quality, oh please!!! Think twice before proceed with sonno purchase.
I recently bought the Sonno Pillow and it was a waste of money. It caused me to have severe headache and neck pain. One of the worse pillow I have ever tried. False information that it is suitable for the spine. Anyone with neck pain and muscle knots should avoid this pillow. Unfortunately I threw away the box before my trial was over as I had high hopes on this pillow. Such a huge disappointment.

PSA: DO NOT BUY FROM SONNO. truly the worst shopping experience ever. horrible pillow and horrendous customer service. despite promise of an easy breezy 100 days free trial, arranging a return was so difficult and cs replies were tardy. there is a ton of fine print that was not communicated pre sales even though i explicitly asked via live chat. sonno also approves every single review that is posted on their website and choose to deliberately only show the "good" reviews. honestly the worst pillow i have ever tried. literally got scammed of 15 (admin fee) to try the pillow. biggest regret of 2021.
