It was a lovely meal. Special thanks to Kar Hoe and Quist for excellent service. Salmon belly was definitely the best. It’s was very fresh and fat.

I was very "Impressed" by the overall services and the taste of the food here. My family and i came here to have a dinner on 19/1/2020 at about 18.00. When we first walked in, the two waiters on the counters were very focused on their handphone. They didn't even move when I said "hello?" very loudly. This was fine. But then we walked in and there was a row of tables with no battery ipad. No waiters even bothered to serve us and the food was really bad. We ordered a simple Chawanmushi and it was too salty. Your workers are always on their phones. No one came to take our orders and count the plates. Will never ever come again.

Worst Sakae Sushi franchise. Food are not fresh. And the service is slow eventhough less customers. I think need to be improved especially food.

Bad service - slow and orders didn't come completely. Two main dishes served while one did not come until the two dishes were almost finished. Sashimi set left out, chawanmushi came late. Reminded more than 3 times but the sashimi set still wasn't served.

Ramen is partially raw, there are stained(you can see the tissue we trying to clean the edge of the cup) on the cup even we requested to change new cup for three times, cup is washed with soy sauce? Ordered teriyaki saba... Which is expectedly grilled but end up deep fried.. Worst Japanese food I have ever had. Dun fool by the GRADE A hygiene certificate issued by the authority.

The food here was okay for some. The service here was trash. They saw cust spill the water and done nothing to help nor even offer a dry cloth to wipe the table. Just have to spend next 5 minutes to wipe the table with tissues by myself. Overall review, for food 5/10 and for customer service is 2/10.

A 30 minutes wait in an almost empty restaurant? Come on.. you guys could do a lot better than this.
