Affordable and convenient with nice teachers and activities but seems to have unreliable communication between teachers and questionable management. Sometimes my son's swim classes (paid for) were cancelled without prior notice or reason and we only realized when we picked up our son and all clothes were unused. To add to this, my family was unable to return to Malaysia due to COVID-19 and ended up having to remove our child from class since we still cannot return. It was a stressful situation and for my son's same we continued to pay half and full day prices in good faith for 1 hour online lessons, understanding that the school needed tuition to stay afloat and explaining that we would cancel once the online lessons ended. The lessons were great at first when Melissa and another teacher were running them but then began starting late, or only going for 15 minutes with little planning. We were then suddenly given one day's notice mid-month that online lessons would be cancelled the next day. The month was paid for already and I asked to call things even. They told me that we cancelled after the cutoff date and even tried to charge us for an additional 1 month of ZERO lessons. When I questioned this they held our deposit in lieu. Shameful ethics during the current pandemic that left us frustrated and feeling taken advantage of during the pandemic.

Worst place to send your child, they will destroy child mental health. moreover, they are not responsible to take care of your child as they emailed me about this, if some incidents happened to your kid, they won’t mention to you about injures of your kid, unless you realize it before to take action. To watch CCTV you need to write email then wait 2-3 days which is very abnormal thing. Non professional staffs. Food is not good choice, my daughter scare to go here because maybe there were something that she afraid, after asking teacher about this, she just replied non sense! We won’t suggest to take this school for your kid!

The service and care provided by Primrose Hill is outstanding. From the moment you apply for a place at Primrose Hill until the last day of enrolment where they provide a Leaving pack which includes a learning journey, class photos and a certificate. What great memories to leave with! The activities provided by Primrose Hill are fantastic, from teaching Academic subjects in the Forest to baking, performing Arts, tae kwon, swimming and ballet! The studios they use as classrooms are clean and safe and look fantastic! I am really quite jealous as I do not remember my school being this cool and fun to attend. The staff are also warm and welcoming, polite and able to provide assistance when needed. I also like to convenient location in a Landmark Location, as they do provide transport for a fee.

Huge place for kids of kindergarten age or younger. Tons of activities for them to do and mix with other kids and make friends. Good supervision to make sure they don't get hurt and personal care when distressed young ones are crying. Pricey like international schools but strategically located and well run so the little ones don't need to get on the bus to go there. You can choose half days or full days. There is even a sleeping room for the toddlers.

The worst school ever. unfortunately I discovered that so late after my son spent 3 years there had not improved socially or academically . I can't forgive myself for my bad choice. I understand that the problem was with school not with my son after I noticed how much he improved in his new school

Best kindergarten in KL If you are working mother. There are so many kindergartens with several long vacations in a year. But here, If you need, you can send your kids any day in a year. No headache because of school holiday :-)
