Service is 5 star. Delivery and pick up perfectly on time. No delay no problem. Price is also good. Plus they even helped me to arrange the carpet and the tables and chairs after that. That is good customer service. Highly reccomended.

Pls be extremely careful with this company and the owner!!! Avoid their service at all cost. The owner Peter Leong is the worst person to deal with and very arrogant. His service is bad and he charges very expensive price. He does not keep to schedule and comes whatever time he likes. He has a bad temper if you ask him questions. If you can give him a negative I will!

Sent my carpet for its first wash. When I got it back I did not roll it out as I had wanted to use it for CNY. Got a shock when I rolled it out yesterday. A part on the carpet was damaged (the frills at the edge was cut off at two places). Told Mr Peter about it. He blatantly denied that his shop was responsible. He said the damage was there already. When asked why he did not take note of this when he took my carpet before the wash, he said that he had overlooked. My advice is to not use his service as he would not take any responsibility for damages.
