Hi guys, I have been to many optical shops in Sungei Wang Plaza. So far this is the best one. This shop is at LG Floor. 1) Excellent customer service! 2) Competitive price! 3) Good product quality 4) Quite a number of branded products to choose from. I came with broken frames and was attended nicely by them. He suggested me to change the frames and keep the spectacle lenses. He also gave me options of frames to choose from. The process took less than an hour (Yes! I got my new fitted frames less than an hour). The best part was when I want to make the payment. The lady at the cashier (I forgot to ask her name) was hilarious! I've been to many optical shops but this one is my favorite! Definitely I'm going to this shop again. Recommended!

I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! IT'S A FIVE STARS FROM ME. I went there yesterday because my spec's screw got off, THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME!! When I asked them why, they told me that there's a pandemic and all and we do help people in this time. I was so aaaaawwwwwr. It's the best spec shop I ever gone. Also the staffs are soo helpful, like so so helpful. I really enjoyed the service and end up I made a spec with them. Love it!!! Thank you very much.

I came across this place because I read their good reviews online. True enough, it was a great experience. The team was very professional and they have a wide selection of choices. Prices was very attractive as well. First time wearing multifocal contact lenses. It took me a while but the team was very patient with me. Thumbs up! Job well done Okio Eyewear team.

Feel of regret as the frame i chose was from premium range , but it’s not comfortable. It is also too lose when putting on. This can be avoidable if the promoter can do some adjustments when pass over to me, unfortunately no such service given.
