When I came it is exactly- all staff are full of smiles and as a foreigner I think I am happy that every one try to help me even my English no good. The charges are not expensive and very honest. Wow getting things chop here is really fast and no fuss at all. They also advise me on how to proceed further for legalization without any charges. Everyone at this place seem very familiar with the process even the receptionist. they must have done it a million times. Great service Kudos!

During covid time not so many places want to provide notary public services. I have to get my documents legalised in order to transfer my children back to my home country in France for schooling. After searching for weeks I finally found this place. The notary really went out of his way to help me. Some documents did not have original copies and they have to despatch their workers to the Mont Kiara school to help me retrieve them. I was due to fly out the following day if the documents did not get done I would have to leave without. It will take a further rally of courier and phone calls to complete the legalization. My children will probably be out of school for 2 weeks instead of a few days. I am so grateful to them. Whilst I sat in the conference room waiting I can’t help notice the extent the staff went to help and serve all customers. I thought I was special because I look like a desperate and a pitiful foreigner but then I noticed that the levels of service they provide to others were equally enthusiastic, locals and foreigners alike. I strongly recommend this place for anybody requiring notarisation services. The staffs are impressively multiracial and their working atmosphere is really casual and friendly. P.Luigi

I am from Australia and I must say I am very impressed by the efficiency in getting the notary stamp here. Back home I have to book appointment and pay a fortune for each documents and compare with what I paid at home - what I was charged here is really peanuts and the notary has no air at all. Very down to earth and friendly. I will definitely come again in future. GeorgeH
