IJN is excellent as usual however rude guards at the main entrance spoiled the whole experience...they were rude to my elderly parents (70 yrs old) who are patients of IJN & they were rude to my wife who was the escort. When I came later they were slightly interrogative & abrupt with me...I understand the Covid19 situation now but IJN need to seriously consider changing their security vendor or at least insist on proper training for the guards from the security company.. Patients who go there are mostly elderly, sick & some are barely able to walk & they should not be subjected to stressful encounters like rude interrogation.

I went to the National Heart Institute is to get my blood specimen test, the flow of activities starting from registration at front desk, at the patient documentation and taking blood specimen, runs excellent, in just within half an hour my blood sampling is completed, with this new SOP undertaken by IJN to prevent the spread of covid19, in an makes the process faster.

The service for my mum was excellent. So one brought a wheelchair for her. That gesture was very much appreciated. While the appointment waiting time was long, due to the number of patients, but the overall level of service was very good.

I went there to accompanied my dad. IJN have improved a lot! The system is quite systematic which patients no need to wait for so long. As long as you have the appointment date, it should be okay. My dad is the regular patient since year 1993 (27 years till year 2020). He said so far doctors and nurses treat him good. Keep up the good work.

The nation's leading heart hospital is situated along Jalan Tun Razak near the General Hospital. This is a private hospital where one can find a lot of the nation's top cardiologists to take care of all heart related problems with high efficiency and professionism. Special mention to Datuk Seri Dr. Azahari Rodman who took really good care of me when I was admitted during the 1st MCO for my angioplasty. All staffs, nurses and doctors are really helpful and informative and I give them top marks for their service and professionism. Go nowhere else if you are looking for the best team for your heart. This is the first choice hands down.

2 stars is for the doctors' professionalism. Excellent doctors but the services from the nurses were awful and horrendous. Even if I requested a potty and some hot water but those nurses didn't even bother. Just after surgery I requested a wheelchair due to the pain still lingers but nurses just replied “you boleh jalan mah”. I was speechless. Please improve your services IJN！
