In the beginning, I was unsure since I am a guy and why I would be having a manicure and pedicure services? But since i was introduced to this by my bffs', I started to enjoy the whole being pampering myself with manicure and pedicure whenever I could. As when I came across this place, I ended up become a regular as their services are very good. I am very picky when it comes to manicure and pedicure as when I had mine at Nail Parlor, Suria KLCC before, not only the services were rushed, but also they caused my nails to bleed as they plucked too deep. But with this place, not only they are very professional, they are also very accommodating and also very fast (at their pace) and not rushed job, at times would advise us if I need foot treatment or not, need buffing not. Never once I bleed compared to Nail Parlor.

Staffs was bas mouthing customers in Mandarin. Maybe bcs i’m a Malay they thought that I don’t understand. Maybe next time be professional and do not speak ill of others. Very disappointed.

Took more than 2 hours to do a gel manicure with extensions, plus it’s pricey. Within a week, 3 have fallen off. The person who did my nails didn’t even make sure both sides were even.
