Renovation Equal Design Company

This place a little old, but it’s quite strategic to go anywhere downtown. Everywhere is easily assessable, plenty of public transports, convenient store is located at the ground floor and some street hawkers as well. With the current rental price, it’s not a bad place to invest but if buying a subsale unit, it does require to touch up a bit on the reno.

After that long travel from Melaka, we stayed here for 2 nights and the experience is well quite unique and satisfying. Although it is located not quite at the city center, it is safe not so crowded and you could really have your needed rest for a days tour. It has complete amenities and I was surprised by the tons of movie collections in dvd ready to be played in your convenience. We also found our favorite mamak food center just a few walks from the residence.

It's good place to stay . And it's very near to ampang lrt(5min walk) n personas tower is 10min walk from the place. Only disadvantage is no park for children to play but one can always go to klcc park coz it's very near. All in all great place.
