Things to improve, your system gate down, so people can't use the tng ,can't tag it ..upon arrival at the destination, why user's been changed normal rate(cash) instead of the tng fare which is cheaper, yes it's small amount , the main thing is people been penalized for your system failure? Does it fair? Please change the mentality / how you do conduct biz for better Malaysia 04082018 A cat poop on the hallway to enter the train? No one care? No dustbin anywhere there down to throw? Cleaner play phone / sleep ? Come on , this is a billion dollar facility n people pay for it for a ride, not a freebies
Been using it for interchange to mrt line. There was one time where the trains have a problem and the station was packed with people. No announcements were made. I was very frustrated with the service. Hope it will be solved. Also quite near to sunway velocity aeon maluri which is nice.
It's a hub that can we go Kajang, Cheras, Ampang & it has a lot buses and taxi too.
