Nice apartment with swimming pool, gym and mini market. The security are nice people. There's 10 rm overnight charge parking which I don't like much. Usually the police has road block just in front of the condominium at nights. The condo is quite old and the rentals are cheap.

The property and pool are clean, 24 hour security available. Location strategic and easy to find.

It's located near Ampang Point & Sports Planet. Convenience for shopping & sports. There were nice food cafes, restaurants,& mamak bistro around. The place safety screening is good.

For \u003e 15 years condo, look refreshing with new skin of painting. Pro Strategic location with cozy environment. Spacious built-up and resort-like home. Olympic size swimming pool. Affordable pricing in down-town KL/Selangor Cons Gym facilities not managed properly. Lighting need to be improved.

A condominium very near the city centre with very nice ambience surrounded with beautiful gardens. it is like a kampong within the city with coconut trees plantef near the swimming pool.

A great condominium, lived there for a period of 8 months, during my internship, the neighbors are great, we used to host parties and no one ever complained, only the guard would come and tell us to reduce the noise from time to time. Prices might be a bit expensive if you are a student, but a great location nearby KL and KLCC, you can always the the buses in front of the condominium, numbered (300 and 303) going to KLCC area, and from there, you can go anywhere, it usually takes around 15mins to reach if there is no traffic, but during peak hours can take up to 30mins. The condo is where a lot of ambassadors and important people live, so its normal to find mercedes and BMW's in the garage, and the swimming pool is just amazing, great view, worth a try.
