Oldest building seen by me from young until now......maybe lucky or not, I have never been inside before althought I bought KL properties before. As many reviewers said not easy come to here because limited parking.....well as other Dewan Bandaraya in PJ too b'cos civil services as known slowest the better. Well prepared for a day off if want enquiries or service from them.

Better to refer their online portal and if your relevan business can be settle via online ie: license renewal/ application etc, please submit via online to avoid crowd..
bad service, not sure what is the problem of the Malay middle age woman who handles the rumah wip application, I have sacrificed my lunch time and wasted money to go to DBKL and submited the document to her and everything is done, but after that the rumah wip website said my application has no record.
