Brought my son for following up appointment with the Paediatrician at the Klinik Pediatrik here within the Kompleks Kesihatan Wanita Dan Kanak-Kanak, PPUM. The clinic and the building were very well maintained, pretty clean and neat. The place was spacious and bright, with a small playground, presenting a rather pleasant and cosy environment for the children patients. Parking was also convenient, underground car park just below the building. The only set back which deserved a star to be taken away was, as what you would usually encounter in any other government agencies, the slow efficiency and apathetic attitudes of the staff. For registration alone, it took me more than 30 minutes, for around 10 numbers only. There is really a lot of room for improvement in this respect.

Allowed husband to be with me during delivery. Husband-friendly. May not be the same during pandemic.
Terrible service! Very rude staff. Went by to do a check up yesterday and was told they don’t do check up’s and i have to go somewhere else. Apparently you only see a doctor here if you have a letter from ANOTHER doctor referring you here. Is this not a hospital? So disappointing!
