Front desk couldn't speak English n Malay. Could ly speak chinese. The management have changed 3 times in the past 2 yrs. The massage itself was just okay. Apparently u gotta pay extra if u ginger oil which wasn't informed to me before applying.

Paid expensive price but get a lousy service. I came here to have a relax time and massage, not to hear your staff to talk their stuff like in their home, staff were so rude over the period, all talking to each other as those as in their house. When i ask then can you keep your voloum down, they’re laughing to each other. Will never not go back. Waste my money.

Very bad customer service..we booked for 5 person and priority was given to other customers who walked in...not helpful at all in catering to our needs and preferance....very noisy environment....will never ever come here and also will not reccommend to my friends
