I used to come here until mid 2020 before I pensioned and overtime, a concrete divider now blocks ingress to this building via Jalan Tun Razak. Then, during peak hours, cones are placed along the divider to prevent u-turns at the junction of Jalan Maktab forcing clients to make a u-turn slightly ahead on top of the tunnel to DUKE Highway. As I left Subang Jaya at 7:30am , I followed the traffic along the NKVE then took the DUKE highway and reached here 1 hour later. I came off the Jalan Semarak slip-way and one has to be careful not to come off slightly earlier to Sentul Toll Plaza. Passing Jalan Maktab and upon entry into the JUPEM compound, finding a vacant parking lot has been traditionally difficult because of the limited numbers plus this building houses the popular Wilayah Presekutuan's District and Land Office where people transact deeds. JUPEM wisely made that function on the first floor so it is faster to walk up the stairs and leave OKUs to the lift. I came here as a witness to a deed transaction and not surprisingly, was "interrogated" by the officer for about 15 mins. to extract truth which the invested parties may not want to reveal. The cafeteria is located on the ground floor so my advice is to come early, secure the parking lot (as it is difficult to find a place to park outside), have breakfast at the cafeteria then visit the respective office. If this area was filled up, the next alternative will be to exit, turn left and enter the main JUPEM compound entrance to the adjacent CAMS office to find an empty parking lot.
