Never leave this place without a smile on my face! Come here after work, & the staff are always super friendly, engaging and helpful. They always remember me - the guy on the door is always so lovely, even at silly o'clock. It has great deals, loads of reduced stuff at the end of the day, and wonderful staff! Rarely leave reviews, but this place is great :)

Had a fantastic experience here. Was very well looked after by a lovely Malay lady working there (I'm very sorry I never got her name). She was very knowledgeable about the scents Jo Malone offers. I was a first time Jo Malone customer, but she was able to pinpoint one she thought I'd like almost immediately - and she was absolutely right. Very happy with my purchase of Basil and Neroli cologne.

Hi!! this is my first time in JML Mid Valley. I was introduced by my friend. Staff's name Michael was very helpful and provide an excellent customer service to me and my husband from the moment I step in their shop. At last I choose English Pear & Freesia Cologne. The smell so good!! Definitely I will come again. Strongly recommended for those who want to buy JML. Happy Shopping

Go to the KLCC Jo Malone. Bad Customer Service. Came in with leggings and a tshirt mind you just got out of the gym. Felt the judgmental typical Malaysia sales person vibe. From everyone in there. Walked in wanted to buy the fragrance and she immediately told me the price. Lol ‘scuse me I wanted to buy it and nowhere near did I ask for the price unless she didnt understand English. Bought it anyways. Tried to grab the paperbag, she pulled away and insisted in walking me at the exit of the store to give me the bag. Next time dont make it awkward for the customer. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.
