On behalf of my previous experience years ago, I'd feel bad for giving them 1 star. But recently I went back with an appointment booked and they made me wait over an hour before telling me they didn't have a slot for me. I arrived half an hour before the agreed time and they waited till 40 minutes after that time to tell me. Which is terrible management. If you made a mistake, tell me earlier. Don't waste my time. It's bad enough I had to drive all the way here. PS. Because of the long wait (for nothing) I had to pay RM6 for parking.

I had a lower back pain for 4 months. I was examined carefully by the chiropractor and she is really attentive to my problem. I was satisfied with her professionalism in handling my case. I feel much better now and looking forward to the next week appointment. The medical fee is affordable too.

For over a month, I had a very painful tingling n numbing sensation down my left leg which made me unable to walk or stand for even a minute or two. A lady Chiro doc, Dr Mickey attended to me. Recently visited this main clinic at BJ after much research as i wanted a drug free treatment to my condition which was like a 'locked hip' that was excruciatingly painful. I was treated by Dr Wong Yi Kai. My first ever experience seeing a Chiro and it turned out to be a truly good one. Immediately after 1st treatment, my pain reduced and i could bend down! At 2nd adjustment (manipulation they call it), i healed almost 90%. Amazing job at such an affordable fee. High professionalism. Chiropractors are well trained. thumbs up! As a patient, i did my part too by doing light yoga stretches and watch out on the diet during the 'ailment' period. It has to be both way effort for a fast recovery in severe neuromusculoskeletal conditions anyway. So, my advise to anyone who need help.... don't visit any chiro with high expectation to recover at first attempt as there is no one size fits all in this case (genuinely speaking). Remember, patience is always important when you go for holistic approach to healthcare :) Thanks Dr Wong YK
The centre is in LG floor and open to public. Either doctors or medical students will fix your body; RM120 for the doctors and RM25 for medical students. Even at RM25, they are doing a good job (future doctors of course la). Call the number to book for a slot. The centre is clean, organized, nice interior with good ambience; as u would expect in a private university.
Can have the option to be treated by final year chiropractic students with cheaper price
