Place to crowded and some food already cook taste just nice

The ikan bakar, sotong bakar and even their ready-cooked Telur Sambal tasted horrible. There was no physical distancing in place as it was very crowded. One had to queue for a long time under the hot sun just to get the ikan bakar. The price was also exorbitant. Even a glass of coconut water (diluted) cost RM5. I really have no idea why some people recommended this place. Felt 'cheated' by the recommendation!!

Food was good. For me, the best fish was the "ikan pari" (stingray). There is also a stall within the restaurant for customers to order rice and a variety of dishes to be eaten with the "ikan bakar". Price wise, it was quite reasonable. Our bill came up to RM 188 for a group of 9 (RM 21/person). We had: - 2 jugs of drinks - Individual plates of rice with 2 vegetable dishes - 2 plates if "ayam bakar" - 2 plates of "ikan pari bakar" - 2 plates of "sotong bakar"

Waited for ikan bakar and queued under hot sun for almost 1Hr, once the ikan bakar ready. We went to the counter to get the rice and guess what the makcik said “nasi dh habis dik”.. and to our surprise none of the makciks worked at the restaurant has the courtesy to tell us when they obviously saw us lining up waiting for the ikan bakar for almost an hour..bravo and all the best for ikan bakar seri melaka. Indeed this is the worst experience me and my husband ever experience dining out.

The Ikan Bakar and other foods were delicious. The stingray didn't smell bad and cooked perfectly. Would love to come here again.

Love the Ikan Bakar here. Its grilled to perfection. Squid and chicken also available. Parking is difficult during lunch hour. Advised to go there around 11am to avoid the crowd.

Taste good, ambience a bit hot, normal price , i would say average. During lunch time, maybe difficult to find seat.
