This is a small cheap and cheerful, no-frills gym. There are a few each of bikes and running machines. Most of the equipment are weights, so it feels more like a guys gym. The equipment are in okay condition with a bit of rust on some of the weights, but nothing disgusting and perfectly usable. The gym also has shower and toilets and they look clean. The one annoying thing about this gym is the times. The times are only accurate from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays it's shut for an hour for Friday prayers. In reality, good luck if you can find the gym open on Fridays at all. I waited till 3pm one Friday before I have up. They have different prices for different age groups and foreigners have to pay a higher fee regardless of age. Overall, I think for the cost the gym is good value for money, but don't water your time coming here in a Friday.

The gym is very clean and the equipments are in a very good condition
Spacious gym with all helpful staff and workout partners. Be aware that it is closed on all Sundays and public holidays.
Decent gym with a squat rack, smith machine, and several bench press stations. No air conditioning when we were there which made it very hot.
One if the better gym rakyats. Good equipment inventory. However the treadmills need repair.
Very well equipped. It is a affordable and a very good value for money.
