I am glad I’ve chosen dr Alex as my doctor. To me the most important trait of a good doctor is he listens to us patients. This is a powerful tool as from here he’s able to deduce my problem . I’ve consulted many doctors / specialists private or from the govt hospitals/ clinics but he is the only one who explains by drawing the affected organ with causes in general and zooming in my special case. Then he offers me an answer as to how to treat me. He’s thorough and want to get to the root of the problem so that an effective treatment can be devised. As he engaged me in the process I felt completely at ease and can’t wait to do my scope as recommended. I can only say he earns my trust and I am in good hands.

The good doctor noted my medical conditions attentively. He carefully retraced the history & the lab test records. He was friendly assisted by equally helpful assistants. He appeared to be abreast of latest medical advancements. This’s critically important as medicines are always advancing. His physical examination was quite thorough. Good medical professional.

Dr Alex Leow is a very professional, humble, attentive & patience doctor. He was very patients despite my lengthy explanation on my health condition for my first visit. He provides good & detail consultation. But would be best if he could spent sometime talk on diet related to the treatment of the diagnose situation if time permits as he is super busy. Strongly recommend him as he is doctor with passion of healing patient!

I've make appointment on Saturday 13.03.21 at 8am. Today I've received message said that need to postpone my appointment from 8am to 9.15am, so I can't make it cos I'm working on Sat, then I call up n request to change to other day, so one of the staff said cos doctor won't be free on every weekend, but I wonder why they post up the time on their system, and also the way she talked to me very rude.. I hope the management will take note on this matter. Date 20.03.21 Im so happy that I've received an arrangement and in manners reply from Gastrocare respective dept. And also I've went to see Dr Alex Leow. He is a very professional, humble & patience doctor. He was very patients despite my lengthy explanation on my health condition for my first visit. He provides good & detail consultation.
