I recently went to the HQ of Floor Depot near Puchong. Here is my review of the products, service and pricing. Negative: 1. Many hidden costs e.g delivery RM100, installation min RM300, skirting RM300, sealant (min RM50), removal of old skirting min RM100, door trimming min RM30). 2. Regardless of the wood price (e.g rm8.00 or 5.90 or 3.00 p/sqf) , the grand total would be approximately the same! Because the store tries to manipulate the hidden costs. 3. In the end, the hidden costs will total much more than the price of the wood by about 60-70%. Positive: Extensive choices. I am a genuine buyer, and I hope you will find this review useful.

价钱贵不说，还另外收运输费，更糟糕的是手工差（安装时只有一个人上门，而且看他的样子很年轻，没有经验的学徒）！质量差！投诉给他们就推三推四，客服每次就只会说我们没有好好保养。
