These are postal collection lockers by the National mail service PostLaju. So it only accepts mail delivered by PosLaju and NOT by private couriers. There is no charge at all to collect items from these lockers. If I'm not mistaken, you can use these lockers to both send AND receive mail. Check the PosLaju website for details. Students who use the address of this locker can collect their mail from here instead of from the Post Office collection room (which is only available during work/office hours). These lockers are available 24 hours, 7 days a week, all year round. It is a very convenient service. I only wish they would add more lockers in other locations on campus, though. Because as of now, there are only two of these: this one in the administration building and another in Mahallah Asiah. It would be convenient if every mahallah had its own set of EziBox lockers. If you receive mail here, you have a two day period to collect it before it is removed to make way to new mail. I'm not sure where the old mail moved to. Keep in mind your mail might be delivered to the other EziBox on campus if this one is full. So be sure to double check the text message you receive or your tracking number for details on where to go to collect your parcel. The touch screen on this service is in Malay and English only, and seems easy to follow. I'm not so certain about the level of accessibility it offers though, particularly for visually impaired persons, or for wheelchair users... (because even if wheelchair users are able to reach the touch screen, some of the lockers are too high to reach without standing). However, overall this is an excellent service to have on the IIUM campus.
