Took my newly purchased Faber multi cooker to the service centre to check on poor fit between steamer and inner pot. Reception was friendly. Personnel there immediately produced a replacement inner pot, and now the steamer sits securely on the inner pot. Problem resolved within 15 minutes. Great service.

To response about small things need few weeks. And many times called no responsive feedback. Always asked for technician to call but never get back. Finally have a service no and it said 2-3 business days will visit but until today (2 weeks) never heard from them. Just an order for door replacement for Tuscano oven takes almost 2 months in response.

Just called them up in regards to replacing the Stand fan housing 'rim' thats hold the frame together and even if its under warranty i still have to pay for a replacement part which broke itself. JUST FOR THE RING. I mean, is it suppose to do that? make people buy a replacement. So to the after sales team, is this right? just 2 month of usage it becomes faulty? Front desk is not helpful. Please acquire someone more customer friendly and at least knows what goes around in the establishment. You're suppose to direct the customers instead of everything NOOOO NOOOO. Please assist your loyal customers.
