Petite Gourmande

Great Muay Thai gym, authentic in the way they teach, Thai trainers and head trainers, extremely accommodating and friendly towards beginners. They also have a little weight section for those looking to squeeze in some strength training on the side. Heaps of punching bags, affordable evening group classes. All in all, it is exactly what i expected of a muay thai gym. As with most martial arts gym, don't come expecting squeaky clean floors, the place will smell of sweat blood and hard work :]

I had a really good experience with this gym a few years ago. Friendly students and coaches, good emphasis on technique. The gym is open on the side, so you have a view of Kuala Lumpur as you train. It's a little hard to find, but if you go onto the street it's on, look up at the buildings - one of them has a big Dragon Muay Thai banner - it's in that building. If you go during the day time the gym may appeared closed but there is usually someone in - there is a doorbell to the right of the door - ring it! I also had a great private lesson with Marco 'the Zen' when I was there. Explosive session with a focus on abs and technique. I was shattered after it (in a good way). Note: accommodation is available at Dragon Muay Thai. If I came back to KL I'd probably stay there - I really liked the vibe of the gym and would have loved to train there more. Trainer and fighter Muner Jihan also recommended WMC Lamai muay thai camp in Koh Samui if anyone is venturing in Thailand. His training looked tough so I expect the training there must be a pretty good level.

I love it there. I have been in Kuala Lumpur for a Week and searched a good Gym/Muay Thay Club to go. The two Trainers are so nice and do their best to help everyone. They also train people how do fights so they know what they are doing. Normaly there have been around 10 people in one class so they could look for everyone. Thanks for the awsome week Jack!

Very good muay thai gym for a reasonable price. It's a little hard to find at first, keep looking up till you see the banner, it's on a green building. Enter the building and go to the 6th floor. The trainers are good, lessons are not difficult and you can do your own training. Only negative thing is they dont have a heavier kicking bag.
