I rented the smallest one for RM10. No problems at all. You can easily gauge the size from the outside, and for the depth just look at the side of the locker. Of course if you have large suitcases then RM50 may be too much for you, since a room is only RM35 or so in this area.

The staff recommended me a smaller and cheaper locker after they saw my luggage. Everything is fully automated, no keys - you confirm your identity by photos and your fingerprint. The cost is 20RM/24h for medium size (I took that one for one backpack and medium size cabin laggage), 50 RM for large one and 10RM for small one. Cash only. I do not understand those negative comments. Perfect if can check size before buying it.

I actually gambled myself to put my luggage here since the reviews here are pretty bad. But it turned out the service's quite good, the staff even helped me to choose the medium locker/30 myr and let me try if it fit before i even paid (beforehand, I insisted that my 20" luggage & medium bagpack will only fit in the largest locker/50 myr after reading someone got bad experience by aggreeing to staff recomendation). I just dont like the high fare since I only use the service for couple of hours, and the face recognition lock took forever to open!!! fortunately the staff was standby until 6pm

Customer service is terrible. After coming back to take my stuff, the machine it said the locker I rent is no. 11 ,but actually is no. 10. The worker don't trust what I have told and the machine said no. 11 is rent over 24 hours so the worker required me to take more RM10 to open the locker. If not I can't take back my stuff that in the locker. After paid the RM10, they realise actually is the machine made a mistake but they don't return back the money to me. Overcharge the price for rent a locker. That's a bad experience to me. And the price of locker is too expensive.

Super expensive! Had to use it to store my big luggage as I had a meeting somewhere nearby for less than 3 hours, got charged RM30! There used to be a bag holding service at KL Sentral that would only charge you RM10 for the whole day, where did that go?

RM50 for a large locker is just ridiculously expensive, even the locker in Japan doesn't cost that much. Moreover, using fingerprint or face scan to unlock is a terrible idea. You won't know how they will use your biological identity data, might as well end up identity theft. This business shouldn't be legal.

Using notes/myr paper money and camera face scan systems... Have 3 sizes, RM10, RM20 & RM50, operated charged 24 hours starts counts by the time you put the luggage and it is per used (make sure you take anything important that you wanna bring along or put everything you want to put before you closed and make payment at the machine)... if you take the luggage after 24 hours durations hours you have to pay again in order to get the luggage...
