Im shooting this Chow Kit Drug Addict Rehabilitation Center on the day of the Official Opening Ceremony by Dato Sri Hishamudin Tun Hussein.. the Lorong Haji Taib 3 road is close for him to make walkabout to meet & greet some of the shop owner / bussiness owner then he launched the CCSC. Some of the personal in this VR360 already left this CCSC.. but they are the one that started & put their heart & soul to help people around this "dark" area...
