Love their rolls despite of their staff. I have to give 5 stars just because of the rolls. Downside: staff attitude and cash only. :(

I am very dissapointed by the service I received last Thursday. The cashier looked like she doesn't even want to be bothered. When I asked her about the Cinnapack, she cut and answered in a rushly annoyed voice. Although when I came, there were no other customers and she was just sitting. All the cinnamon rolls were cold. All I'm saying is I'm never coming back to this outlet again.

The cinnabon was super dry and the place looked unorganized and dirty. I was so excited to have the dessert and now since it was so dry and sweet I don't feel so good. Won't come back to this location

Came to this outlet and waited for the good 10 minutes for the staff to proceed with our order, she didn't even bother to asked nicely and I ordered for the minnibons that was obviosly displayed on the shelf but she just said we don't have that and only can order a la carte..poor PR and service of this outlet

The staff are not going to entertain your order, I've ordered items on display as a cinna packs but the staff said the minnibons can only be ordered by a la carte without explaining why can't she put it in a box of 4..Will not bother to come again to this outlet
