This company has a very poor management system, and Low qualification employees. I am very disappointed with their customer service and also the whole operation system. Delivery appointment was set one month earlier, there is no follow up, no show up on the delivery day and I have to make thousand calls to find out the reasons why the stock cannot be delivered. I am very disappointed with their attitude where there is no mercy of help. This kind of business set up, I believe it won’t last long. I would urge all the consumer rather go for Sen Heng, more reputable and reliable company.
