The place very clean, food was delicious, very service tiptop from the staff, it’s fell like a hotel 5 star, but the wrong thing in this place was the menu need to scan from a paper, instead of scan and need more time to wait for the internet, and you all know about the internet signal in the mall or building, sometimes have some time don’t, so I think it’s better to bring back the menu instead of giving a QR code for us to scan, if my mom and her family came here, she would not scan because she doesn’t know how to scan, but only learn to scan MySejahtera, so my conclusion is not everybody knows how to scan the menu such as an older adult , so please bring back the old book menu instead of QR code

Lovely environment for a grocery store. Brightly lit, well stocked, fresh produce. Wide range of items on shelves from across the globe too. Love the fact you can grab a bite in their in-store restaurant. Tasty fodder too!

*(Review Edited) Went by again a week later to have the same platter and was terribly disappointed. This time the lamb wasn't properly seared and had a different marinade. The steak that we asked for to be cooked medium came well done and under seared. Requested for a change which the staff didnt fuss about. However the replacement beef steak that came wasn't even in cut. It was thick on one side and graduated to being thinner on the other end. It was naturally raw on the thicker side of course and well done on the other. The steak wasn't properly seared again. Won't be going back after this incident. Lack of consistency which is such a pity. An amazing promo platter of grilled meats such as beef, lamb, chicken with 2 sides and 2 kinds of gravy. Meats were cooked perfectly and sides dishes with gravies complimented the meal. Water is complimentary. Did I mention that it is only around RM65

Artistic building in town center. We found lots of imported high quality fruits. Honeydew, various countries strawberries. American canned food as well. Christmas decorating is nice. Easy shopping with big paths. Strictly follow SOP especially they sanitized trolleys before customers use. (Very considerate.) Parking are limited on the ground floor.

Service is very slow. Food is mediocre. KLCC outlet also has bad service as this. Staffs are not well trained in terms of customer service. Not worth paying exorbitantly for such service.

Ben’s Independent Grocer is a quality supermarket chain that is linked with their restaurant chain Ben’s or Ben’s Fine Foods; confusing right? But either way, they’re known to serve up quality, tasty meals at mid range prices. When browsing the supermarket here, we couldn’t help but notice that they also had a kind of “food court” setup with tables where you could sit and dine. Naturally, with the mental linkage to their restaurant branding, we decided to give it a try. Ambiance was good, in a spacious, open kind of way. It was the kind of place that made you talk about sauces and dishes as you dined (naturally, being in a supermarket!). The food was okay, not too great, but still quite good. The Hollandaise eggs were slightly over-cooked and the pasta was good. Expect about RM11-35 per dish you order. There was also a Vietnamese stall here but we decided to save it for the next trip.

Great place for imported products but dangerous if I come here too often. I always end up spending way too much! Lovely shopping mall as well.
