Located in city centre just near to KLCC. Ground floor of Chulan tower and next to Royal Culan Hotel. Easy to find and parking at the basement for a hourly fee. Clean and tidy customer service area. Submisson of claim was fast since few counters are open. Good service staff.

Poor value life insurance. I involved in an bicycle accident in September 2020. Then i have been treated as outpatient at a private hospital in KL. Since i treated as an outpatient, i have to bear all cost and later claimed to Axxa Affin Life Insurance. My treatment goes on for weeks and completed on November 2020. Due to MCO around KL, i submitted late the claim form (even the hospital take 1 month to complete my medical report). Out of RM800.00, Axxa Affin Life Insurance only refund RM350. They said because i submitted late then they cannot refund the rest. This is a company without human value. With new norm like this, they should have some tolerance especially during this pandemic. I have been a loyal customer from 2009 with this insurance. I'm cancelling my insurance today. Think twice if you want to their customer. For me it's not worth it. I am not concern about money, but what is more important is the value they offer. And it is none from them.
Literally the best place to get digital insurance. Fast response and great customer service. Reimbursement process can be better but I'm willing to overlook it.
I don’t even want to give 1 star! But there’s no option to give “NO STAR” in google page. Too bad! That’s how efficient, attentive and professional that this insurance company is delivering. 1. They will never attend to your inquiries until you lodged report to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). 2. They are so professional that they can’t answer to you questions in one email, and solve your problems in one shot. (U know why? They wanna show that they are still responding to you at least, even they can’t attend completely) just a small little lousy trick.. 3. After weeks of waiting, out of 5 questions I had in mind, they managed to answer 3, via 2 emails. 2 more questions are still pending. They don’t have the relevant information in hand! Surprise!!! 4. How can you expect such insurance company can provide you protection? I doubt it!
Came here to terminate my subscription and service was pretty fast.

Nice HQ building ever
This is my first time i been axa customer service. There is only two counters here for customer service, and one counter is closed. The service is slow, not effective.
