The service ( technician ) guy was good. But I received a text asking me to collect 11am to 7pm and i went during my work lunch break since i work on shifts at 4.30pm and i was informed at the entrance that the technician was out for lunch break @4.30pm? N they can't help me with the collection and asked me to come back at 5.30pm. Makes no sense. N after I had to roam around for an hour, i went n wait in front of the shop for 10 minutes, actually 15 mins, towards the cashier counter many of the staffs were there, they noticed me but HAD NO COURTESY OR BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE manners to ask if i need help?

Get all your tech here from laptop to your mouse (not that small fur guy). Price are reasonable in this COVID19 pandemic. Parking is enough but u can park near the apartment on the other side of the road. Staff is friendly, but I still didn't buy a laptop that day. Just searching for the best price....

They carry a wide variety of products and have excellent customer service. I can say this from personal buyer experience. I was looking for the Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog very hard to find in stock anywhere in KL. There is but sold strictly at a retail price. I'm not sure if I should tell this but I did reachout to Asashi to see if they were willing to beat the price I found from another online seller. They were kind enough to respond to me and it was even the Senior Sales Manager of Asashi - Ricky. I'm very much happy with how they accommodated me as a customer. They sourced the product and expedited the restocking bec I was very excited to have it and as I requested. For the lack of better term, I felt it was even considered a special treatment. It is how sales should be because it definitely makes me prefer to buy from them for any more of my computer / laptop parts shopping. I definitely would recommend this store and even their other branches. They carry gaming peripherals not found in many other stores.
