After coming to Malaysia where humidity is very high, my hair always get very frizzy. I went for the Xtenso rebonding and after talking to the senior stylist, he even took the time to explain the different rebonds and their outcome so that I have the right expectation which I highly appreciated. He also recommended a hair cut (which I really wanted to do anyways) on how to make my hair look thicker and so on. After the rebond, my hair looked amazing! Shiny and silky, like I wanted. I highly recommend the place! Their senior stylist and the others were very helpful and careful and kept checking on me, had small conversations and they also serve coffee if you want.

Have you got fine hair? Then the hairdresser, Ben, is the one for you. I have super-fine hair and struggle to find a hairdresser that understands my hair. I was recommended him by another friend with fine hair. You also get a wonderful head massage /shampoo. Mine was done by Sharon today and she did a lovely job using her fingertips, not her nails. #finehair

Went over to ask for a hair cut and treatment at 7. 15pm but was informed that only left with senior hairstylist (which you gotta pay premium price). Nonetheless, they told me that only can cut hair not do hair treatment as they are closing shop early on a Saturday night 8pm. I thought it is written here until 9pm? After all, it is a mall. Who will know that the shop will close earlier than the mall.

Had a lousy experience.. went to the saloon in the morning to make appointment for 12.30 in the afternoon... all confirmed and everything... and when i came back at 12.30 they asked me to have a sit... i was seated there for 30 min with no one attending me... gave up and left the saloon.. and nobody noticed that i left.. great customer service
