Had been a regular customer of your recycle toilet paper for years but was totally dissapointed with the lousy quality recently. In the past the quality was good, that's why I always bought a lot from here. The recent quality was so lousy that it was all sandy & kind of melt instantly with water sticking to your fingers. Regretted buying so much that can't be use. If Hai Ming can't change, at least if customer complained...please try to look into it seriously.
