Everything here is fine, except the security department. Majority all securities are nice and good, nevertheless, particular a security ruined others. That security have a personality that don't do the duty well, moreover, he/she over his/ her power on clients or owners' authority. Show disrespectful to the owners or clients, or even renters. I mentioned she/he because her/his gender is unidentified. She/ He is fat in person (not offense) with spec, bold head, but female voice. She/ He sentimental in mental, always offense and disrespectful to renters.

The facilities was good and nice. But the management of the guard house is really bad (some are good). For student like us who doesnt have our own transport need to deal with them everytime we have stuff like groceries, raining day and also luggage when we use grab to get in and been warned everytime and ask unecessary questions. Our house is far from the guard house that we prefer the grab to just drop us inside as we have to walk like at least 100m every single day. Management should really be more considerate on this rule as we are the one of the tenant too not just the family that is renting and live there.
A cozy and peaceful 3-storey townhouse overlooking lustrous. Facilities and service provided such as house gymnasium, swimming pool, jogging track, greenery landscape and 24/7 security. 5 minutes driving distance to Unimas. Live here for a year, nice place to stay.
[Amended in 2018] Quiet private living area. Guarded community, with vigilant guards. Management not very proactive since I have moved into property in 2017. My garden grass cut only every few months and facilities are falling apart. Playground is ok and safe with soft fake carpet grass making it safe for kids. Swimming pool cleaned quite regularly and is saltwater. Reasonable gym but shame not well kept equipment. Not high density at the moment with potential to be. Mostly student accommodation at the moment, but they keep to themselves.
Loving this place! Great environment with nature jungle. Guided and gated with security. Best residents in Samarahan.
