Services are slow to be honest, took long time to wait sometimes just for the worker to answer incoming calls. But for sure it will get the work done and you shall be good to go. Their calling service is a bit suck considering you will sometimes call more than once for them to pick up. Wouldn't highly recommened except for oneplus user to get their phone repaired

The only Samsung certified service center in Kelantan. Went for a screen replacement service for my galaxy 8 back in early july. Took them around a week as they need to order parts from the HQ in the capital. The lady at the counter service are friendly and helpful, she even gave me a call to update me on my phone. The only downside was they only accept cash.

The malay lady at the counter (working on 16th april and 19th april) isnt helpful, keep on rising her voice 2 octaves higher, and rude to customer.bad service overall
