The manager charged me RM60 per downlight last time. I bought 16 pcs to install at my new home. After the installation; i found out that the light would only cost me RM10 per unit at the different shop in the town area. Now i know - That's why they never get enough customer as they are not really good at making a relationship with customer because they are too greedy for money. You are now losing a potential regular customer that would spend more on your shop if you were an honest seller. I don't care loosing a few hundred ringgit then at least now i know not to buy anything from your shop in the future. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS!
